چکیده
The resistance of pathogenic bacteria to antibiotics is increasing due with incorrect doses, wrong diagnostics, and the target. Bacteria that have been resistant several are called multi-drug organisms (MDRO) bacteria. Bacterial some requires alternative herbal treatments, one which Chromolaena odorata L. Research must therefore be conducted on antibacterial activity ethanol extract fraction C. leaves for MDRO bacteria, such as Staphylococcus lugdunensis methicillin-resistant aureus (MRSA), Pseudomonas aeruginosa extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL), Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBL. This study aims determine Kirinyuh (C. L.) fractionation against Test results kirinyuh leaf S. MRSA, P. ESBL, K. ESBL each resulted in an inhibition zone average diameter 11.6 mm (strong), 11.5 11.13 respectively. Testing can show all tested namely Fraction 5. 5 MRSA formation zones formed 10.2 8.8 (moderate), 7.9 thin-layer chromatography showed secondary metabolites contained fifth were terpenoids, steroids, flavonoids.

Chromolaena odorata is a species of flowering shrub in the sunflower family, Asteraceae. It is native to North America, from Florida and Texasto Mexico and the Caribbean, and has been introduced to tropical Asia, west Africa, and parts of Australia. It is used as a traditional medicine in Indonesia. The young leaves are crushed, and the resulting liquid can be used to treat skin wounds. Accordi...

Chromolaena odorata L (Asteraceae) is a bad invasive plant, found in the humid tropics and sub-tropics worldwide. It is used against dysentery, diarrhea, malaria, wound healing, headache and toothache in traditional medicine. In the present study, we investigated the antibacterial activities of different leaves extracts of Chromolaena odorata L. (cyclohexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and ...

This study was to evaluate anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the aqueous extract of leaves of Chromolaena odorata (Asteraceae) collected in Brazzaville-Congo. Acute inflammation was induced by using the carrageenan and formaldehyde models, and chronic inflammation by the cotton pellet induced granuloma model. Analgesic effect was evaluated by using the acetic acid-induced writhing, the...
متن کاملHemostatic and Wound Healing Properties of Chromolaena odorata Leaf Extract
Chromolaena odorata (L.) King and Robinson (Siam weed) extract has been used to stop bleeding and in wound healing in many tropical countries. However, its detailed mechanisms have not been elucidated. In this study, we examined the molecular mechanisms by which Siam weed extract (SWE) affected hemostatic and wound healing activities. SWE promoted Balb/c 3T3 fibroblast cell migration and prolif...
